Tilac is located in the center of the Soi on the left hand side if
you enter from Asoke Road (map). One of the (few) gogo bars on Cowboy all claiming
to be the biggest however it can (probably) rightly claim to be the best. It won Stickmans vote for the best
gogo bar in Thailand 2009.

I went there in tilac first time the bar girls are too good dancers ,drinks are also not expensive and the place and location is also good.

Well thats what Stickman thinks.
I agree probably the best in Soi Cowboy and maybe even Bangkok but like all the gogo bars in Bangkok it is very tame compared to the fleshpots of Pattaya.
